FIRSTPICK, a Lithuanian early-stage VC fund and accelerator based in Vilnius, is back with its third accelerator batch, continuing to back ambitious Baltic startups.
After reviewing hundreds of applications from across the region, we selected five high-potential startups to join our accelerator program, which officially kicked off on September 11 and runs until December 15, 2023.
These startups are building practical, scalable tools across SaaS and consumer marketplaces. Each team stood out for its strong founder–market fit, early traction, and potential to scale faster with FIRSTPICK’s support.

1️⃣ LilEdu (Consumer marketplaces) – Redefining early childhood education. LilEdu delivers data-driven, personalised, and sustainable learning experiences for every child’s unique journey.
2️⃣ Inspectle Food (SaaS) – An innovative tool designed for industrial food processing plants to enhance food safety and hygiene standards.
3️⃣ CTO2B (SaaS) – CTO2B automates all cloud deployment steps so companies can start projects faster and reduce manual DevOps workload.
4️⃣ Micapass (SaaS) – A seamless on-chain AML compliance tool built for the evolving DeFi ecosystem. Making compliance easier, not slower.
5️⃣ BR1CK (Consumer marketplaces) – A consumer app that allows customers to build new things from existing bricks. Reuse meets creativity.
FIRSTPICK Accelerator in Lithuania: What the Program Offers
Each startup receives an investment between €50K and €250K, plus hands-on support designed to accelerate growth and prepare for scale.
