Once you’re in, you get lifelong access to 100+ operators, fellow founders, our knowledge base, and year-round events. We’re here for the long game.

What's the time commitment?
Whatever you need. Need a coach? Book one. Want to join an event? Show up. Looking for templates? Grab them. There are no mandatory check-ins or weekly meetings.
How does fundraising support work?
We help you build strategy, review your deck and financials, and make warm introductions to 700+ VCs in our network when you’re ready. Our partners work with you individually throughout the process, we run alongside you, not ahead of you.
How do I apply?
We continue to invest all the time, no application windows or deadlines. If you’re building in the Baltics, fill out this application form. We review every submission and respond within 48-hours.
