Vilnius, Lithuania, 15 October 2026: Holo, the AI platform that plans and runs marketing for small businesses, has raised €5 million in a seed round led by Market One Capital, with participation from Silicon Gardens, FIRSTPICK, Leonis Capital, NGL, Tekton Ventures, and business angels. Holo will use the funding to develop its marketing autopilot, reach more small businesses and expand its team in Vilnius.
Holo reached $5 million in annual recurring revenue within 252 days, on less than €1 million raised before this round. More than 20,000 businesses across over 100 countries now pay for it.
Good marketing has always been a big-company privilege
A brand with a 50-person marketing team plans, tests and optimises every week. A salon owner competing for the same customers does it at 11pm, alone, guessing. Small and medium-sized businesses make up around 90% of all businesses worldwide, according to the United Nations, and most of them are in the salon owner’s position. Design tools and AI chatbots make individual tasks faster, but someone still has to decide what to do and turn the output into a campaign. Holo exists to close that gap, so a one-person business can market like a company with a full team.
“Most small business owners we talk to are great at what they do, and almost none of them started a business to do marketing. We think that within a few years a small business will be able to market the way the biggest brands do, with a real plan, constant testing and a clear decision every week about what to do next, and the owner won’t have to think about it any more than they think about how their bank processes payments. More than 20,000 businesses already pay for Holo, which tells us owners are ready for that, and this round is about getting them there faster,” says Aleksandras Urbanavicius, co-founder of Holo.
From a website to a marketing plan
To get started, a business owner enters their website. Holo learns what the business sells and how its brand looks and communicates, then uses that information and the owner’s goals to propose a marketing plan. The plan covers which channels to use, what to launch on each and what to skip, giving the owner a starting point without having to write a brief for every activity.
The platform carries that plan through to execution. It creates ads, social media posts, emails and SEO content in the business’s own voice, and organises them in a calendar. The owner can review the proposed work, request changes or approve it for publication across connected channels. As owners get comfortable, they can switch selected tasks to autopilot and let Holo run them without waiting for approval.
A proposed promotion, for example, can arrive with the email and social content already drafted for approval. Once it runs, Holo tracks the results and recommends what to do next. If one ad performs better than another, the platform can suggest directing more budget towards it; if a particular social format gets more reach, it can propose more content in that format. The owner reviews a recommendation grounded in their own marketing activity.
“Every business on Holo teaches the platform something about what works, from which email subject lines get opened to which ad formats get the most reach. An owner gets a plan built around their business, and that plan keeps changing based on what actually happened. This round lets us push that further, so more of the work can run on autopilot and the owner only steps in when they want to,” says Deividas Kovger, co-founder of Holo.
Holo uses third-party AI models, with its own technology built on top: a brand memory that retains each business’s tone and visual identity, a strategy engine that decides the plan, and a creative system informed by what has performed across millions of pieces of content created on the platform.
“Great products usually come from people who’ve lived through the problem themselves. Content is basically free to produce now, but knowing what actually converts takes context and hands-on experience. Holo’s founders have both, and it’s what sets them apart. We already see it in their early traction and are glad to back them,” says Michał Mroczkowski, partner at Market One Capital.
